Earl Simmons (December 18, 1970 from December 18, 1970 until April 9 2021) who was professionally known as DMX was an American actor and rapper. He began his rap career in the early 1990s , and released his debut album It's dark and Hell is Hot in 1998, which received the delight of critics and commercial success. He sold over 251,000 copies within the first week of release. The most-sold album by DMX,... and Then there was X came out in 1999. It also contained the smash single "Party Up (Up In Here). The singles he released "Where the Hood At?" and "X Gon Give It to You?" in 2003 were also commercial hits. Commercially the singles from 2003 "Where the Hood Is?" and "X Gon Give It to Ya" were extremely success. The artist was the first to make an album No.1 five times in a row on the Billboard 200 charts. 7.
