Her debut Know It All album in the year that followed. The third track, Scars to Your Beautiful was among five tracks which reached the top of the charts on Billboard including Canadian Albums Chart Billboard 200 as well as Billboard Hot 100. Cara's songs often include positive thoughts about mental health, and how important it is to love yourself. Her music is an expression of her personal struggle with mental illness and insomnia. Reuters reported that she called the album "half turbulent, and half finished". Her development was assisted by a therapy. She advises other people when they need to seek support. Alessia Cara is a Canadian artist who was born July 11 1996 to parents of Italian heritage. In 2010, her parents purchased her a brand new guitar that she was able to use to develop her passion for the music. In 2013, she performed the songs she loved for YouTube which is a well-known platform for media. It was done to show that she had both the ability and the confidence to become an artist. In fact she covered one of her tracks Sweater Weather is the track that made her the focus of EP Entertainment. They allowed her to compose and create her own music.
